Article 1 (Facility and Operation)
This facility is an urban sports park installed at the Minato Sports Plaza venue (former JETTY East site) during NAGOYA PORT FES. Supervising staff are on duty on weekends and event days; on weekdays, the park is open without supervising staff. When no staff are on duty, users use the park at their own judgment and responsibility. The park is closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for inspection.
Article 2 (Entrance)
There is only one entrance, on the north side of the site. You cannot enter or leave anywhere else.
A net is set up at the entrance to keep skateboards and other equipment from flying out. Do not remove the net or crawl under it.
There is an information board next to the entrance showing safety notes and the QR code for the consent form. Please check it every time you use the park.
During hours when the park cannot be used, and on closed days, a notice reading 「利用できません」 ("Not available") is posted at the entrance, and chains are wrapped around the ramps and obstacles so that they cannot be used. When you see this, do not go in.
Article 3 (Registration)

③ Wait for your turn outside the zone. Do not wait on the ramps or obstacles.
④ The west end of zone ① and the east end of zone ③ rise up as walls. Do not stop, stand or sit on top of them.
